88ef Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 88ef ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in respect of your use of the 88ef website at 88ef.vin and all associated mobile applications, features and services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or otherwise using any part of the 88ef platform, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it — through the website on a browser, through the Android app, or through the iOS home screen shortcut.

These Terms should be read alongside the 88ef Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 88ef. Links to both documents are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

2 Eligibility

The 88ef platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an 88ef employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily as an adult using funds that belong to you.

88ef reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot confirm they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 88ef account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. 88ef uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses used across those accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. 88ef will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 88ef support immediately.

4 Deposits and PKR Payments

All deposits on the 88ef platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets as made available within the platform's wallet section.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the wallet section of the platform and may be subject to change. 88ef does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 88ef's control.

Deposits are credited to your 88ef PKR wallet upon confirmation from your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa OTP-confirmed deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers and Raast deposits credit once the transfer is confirmed at the banking level. If a deposit does not reflect in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact 88ef support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits can only be made using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — using a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted.
• Deposit funds are for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred to other users.
• 88ef reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 88ef PKR wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the specific withdrawal options available in the wallet section at the time of request. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 88ef may require identity verification. This can include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Verification is a standard process and is completed once unless your account details change.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the wallet section. Withdrawal requests submitted within standard processing hours are handled within the timeframe shown in the wallet section for each payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals due to the nature of those payment networks.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 88ef reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending verification checks without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
• In the event of a technical error crediting an incorrect amount, 88ef reserves the right to correct the balance and reverse any withdrawal of erroneously credited funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

88ef offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and T20 international cricket. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, which take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 88ef promotions:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as stated in the specific offer.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. Wagering must be completed within this window or the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 88ef platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and jackpot titles — are provided by third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification means every spin, card deal or roulette outcome is statistically independent from the previous one. Past outcomes do not influence future results.

Each game has its own individual rules, paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility rating. You are encouraged to read the in-game information panel before placing real-money bets. 8 Sports Betting Rules

The 88ef sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, bilateral series and test cricket — as well as football, esports and other sporting events as listed in the platform at the time of betting. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 88ef.

• All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football).
• Pre-match odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed and will not change after confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific rules for each sport as stated in the sports betting section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed in the betting section and may vary by sport, market type and event.
• 88ef reserves the right to limit the maximum win on any single bet or accumulator, with the applicable limit displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement — whether due to a data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided.
• Obvious pricing errors in betting markets will not be honoured. 88ef reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds and return stakes to the player.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88ef platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account per person for any reason, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account to access or fund an 88ef account.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or scripts to play casino games or place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassment towards 88ef support staff or other players.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification or withdrawal process.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

88ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering, account access will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balance that was deposited — excluding any amounts under investigation — will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88ef support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the verified payment method after standard verification is completed.

11 Privacy and Data

Where identity verification documents such as a CNIC copy are submitted, they are handled with strict confidentiality and used only for verification purposes. Submitted documents are retained only for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable data handling practices.

12 Responsible Gaming

88ef is designed as an entertainment platform for adults. Casino games and sports betting involve real PKR and carry financial risk. 88ef is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from bets placed during a data feed delay, losses from decisions made based on incorrect market information, or losses arising from your own failure to read and understand bonus terms before accepting an offer.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88ef's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

88ef reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players through the platform or by email where contact details are available.

Your continued use of the 88ef platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support team.
